I was driving back to Florida from Pittsburgh. I picked up a nail in the rear driver side tire. I pulled up on Google maps tire repair shops. Glad they came up first . Kyland and Myles took me right in as I explained to them I was traveling. Needless to say They could not patch the tire because the nail was on the side, so I bought two new tires. Nice clean shop, competitive price on tires, good guy's on the counter, and great service getting me back on the road fast. I should have mentioned that the tech was a nice guy also. I would be confident if my wife went to their shop that she would feel comfortable.

Saved us tonight!!😊 We were traveling on I-95 & one of our tires lost a piece of tread. We called & spoke to Nikki, she was so sweet and told us to come right in and they could help us. We drove with our flashers on and made it! We bought 4 new tires and their great technicians, Jacob & Mwamba put them on in under an hour! We were very happy with this store and people!😎

I went and got an oil change on Friday, and Darryl provided amazing customer service! He was very nice, sweet, and professional throughout the whole visit. He made the experience welcoming. It’s always great to come across someone with such a positive attitude and great customer care. Thank you again, Darryl!

Terrible experience. Terrible management by GM Darryl. Long story short, dropped off my car in the morning for a scheduled appointment for a four tire replacement and balance and asked for tpm sensor (which I provided) to be replaced as well. I get get back to the shop 5 hours later to pick it up and my car is sitting exactly where I left it, I waited 3 more hours for them to install and balance the tires, I was the last to leave the shop one hour after they had closed. I paid good money for this tires and installation only to find out they did not install the tpm sensors (which are probably still laying around somewhere in the shop) and after driving for a day noticed a low tire, I found all tires to have different psi, and the one that was low is loosing air from the nozzle as the rubber seems to be ripped. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

My family and I were on a roadtrip to South Carolina from Florida. Unexpectedly, my fathers trucks tire vault came loose, and we were losing air. We decided to stop by Savannah Tire. And this was our experience: The service was super quick. Everybody was really kind, the inside was extremely clean, and a reasonable price. I definitely recommend coming to get your car checked out whenever you need to!
